We would like to introduce a case study of the development of a "Demand Forecast Optimization System" at our company. In traditional inventory management, issues such as excess inventory and stockouts were common, leading to losses for the business. Additionally, during development, we faced challenges such as addressing the complexity of models due to the integration of external data (weather, campaigns, etc.).
